Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Orders are shipped out from one of our fulfillment locations in either Arizona, California, or New York. Occasionally we will need to get a product directly from the manufacturer, in this case, your order will come directly from them.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

JiuJitsu.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Some smaller items, such as stickers, patches, shirts, etc. that can fit in an envelope are shipped out standard mail via USPS, we do not provide tracking information for these items. Sometimes your item will ship directly from the manufacture, in this case we also do not provide you with tracking information.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

JiuJitsu.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

JiuJitsu.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. unless noted (see below for Promotion shipping).

Drop Shipping Policy

In the event that we are currently out of stock of a product, we will get the manufacturer to ship the item to you directly. Typically this is a seamless process with no additional delays or costs.

In the event that the manufacture is also out of stock, or has since discontinued the product we will issue a refund.

Promotion & Clearance Shipping

Some of our special promotion & clearance items are shipped directly from the manufacture. Because of this, we can’t control the shipping & handling time. It usually takes 2-3 days to get your order precessed and shipped out. Once shipped, it usually arrives within 7-14 BUSINESS days.

Keep in mind that USA orders can take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Canadian orders can take up to 5 weeks, and other International orders can take up to 6+ weeks for delivery. Most orders should arrive within 2 weeks. Some delays might occur due to reasons outside of our control such as busy holiday seasons, international customs and transit delays, as well as weather conditions.

When you order more than one promotional item at a time, they may be shipped from different locations. Because of this, you may receive one item before another item from the same order.
