We’ll happily take back any unused or resalable items within 60 days from the date of purchase, no questions asked. We don’t want you to get stuck with an item you’re not happy with for any reason related to sizing, fitment, design, or simply just a change of heart.

Is it easy to return items?

Yes! Just log into your account to start the refund process from your dashboard.

How soon will I get my refund?

You will be refunded, minus any processing fees typically within 2 business days of us receiving the items and verifying the condition. Your refund will not be processed if the the items are not in brand new re-sellable condition, meaning it has been worn, washed, is dirty, does not contain original packaging, etc.

Are there any fees?

If your return contains an un-opened product that is still sealed in the original packaging, there is no processing or re-stocking fee for returns. ALL other refunds, cancelations, and returns will be subject to a 10% processing fee. 

If your order was placed with clear intentions of returning one or more items (IE: you placed an order for 3 different sizes to see which one fit. Or ordered same gi in multiple colors to see what you like in person, etc.) we will charge the processing fee. These orders take away available inventory and options for other customers.

Please remember, we are a small company comprised of Jiu Jitsu lovers, and unlike Amazon, we do not have the current manpower to dedicate staff just to returns and refunds. Returns always take a good amount of time out of our day.

What does the processing fee cover? Unfortunately, most returns are sent back with either ripped open packaging - or no original packaging at all. We cannot re-sell any item as new that is in this condition. The processing fee covers replacement packaging material and labor to get the return in re-sellable as new condition. However, in most cases as we are not the manufacturer we sell our returns as "open box" items, and now have to discount accordingly.

We do not charge a processing fee on any exchanges, incorrect shipments, or items that were never opened and/or are in the original in-tact packaging.

Only the cost of the item(s) purchased are eligible for refund. For example if your order was $100 for a gi, and you paid $12 for shipping for a total of $112, only the $100 is eligible for a refund.

Additionally, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from all refunds, as this constitutes a hard cost on our end. However, in the event of an error on our part with the order, we will not apply this deduction.

Who pays for return shipping costs?

The customer pays for return shipping on all returns. If we issue a return label, we will deduct this cost from the refund. If you are exchanging an item for another item, the customer must pay return shipping and the shipping cost for the new item.

What items can I return?

Items purchased in the last 60 days which are in "as new" condition. No questions asked, as long as it’s in the original condition that you received it in.

What items can I not return?

Items cannot be returned if they have been:

  • Worn
  • Washed
  • Trained In
  • Covered in Hair/Fur
  • Stained
  • Scented

Additional items such as undergarments, rashguards, grappling spats, cups and mouth guards cannot be returned once opened.

Due to the size and expensive shipping costs, home roll-out mats and grappling dummies cannot be returned.

Customized items such as patches or embroideries cannot be returned.

Items that have been discounted over 30% cannot be returned.

Can I make an exchange?

In most cases we can do a one-to-one exchange. In the event that we are out of stock in your select color, size, or style, rather than making an exchange, we ask that you simply place a new order for the item you are looking for.

How To Package Your Return (Important)

We ask that you return items in the condition you received them, so we can resell them as new. All our products are shipped with two layers of protection: an outer layer (either a box or poly bag) and the original manufacturing packaging. While we understand that the manufacturing packaging may sometimes be damaged or discarded during unboxing, please do your best to keep it intact or replace it with a new poly bag before returning the item. You can find these at any shipping store. This helps prevent damage during return shipping. Please note that if you send the return back in a box without any protective packaging, you will not be eligible for a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
