It's important to note that not all gis are the same. The BJJ gis is different from other martial arts uniforms, and is crafted specifically for the dynamic movements and physical nature of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We have Gis designed for every type of practitioner:

How Fast Will My Order Ship?

How do I choose the right BJJ Gi?

Consider your training frequency, Gi material, weight, and your academy's guidelines. Each Gi in our collection comes with a detailed sizing chart to help you find the best fit.

What color BJJ Gi should I get?

While white, blue, and black are the standard BJJ gi colors. While we do have some gis that come in all sorts of different colors such as gray, military green, navy, etc. make sure to check with your instructor on what colors your academy allows.

What if my Gi doesn't fit?

No problem, we have an industry leading 60-day return and exchange policy. Just send it back unused, and exchange it for the right size. If you need sizing help before or after your purchase, we are more than happy to help!

How many Gis should I own?

Depending on how often you train, having multiple Gis allows for a fresh Gi for every session. Most practitioners that train regularly will recommend having at least three.

Do BJJ Gis come with a belt?

Some of our starter gis and kids gis will come with a belt, but belts are not included with most gis as they represent your rank, which changes as you progress. Find belts for all ranks here.

How should I wash my BJJ Gi?

Wash your Gi after each session. Use gentle detergents and consider adding vinegar or baking soda to eliminate odors and bacteria. We always recommend that you wash on cool and hang dry.
